Acquisition Specialist

Viva Dodge Las Cruces is looking to hire an Acquisition Specialist is to contact our loyal customers and offer them excellent trade in value for their current vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess amazing customer service and effectual persuasiveness!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact service department customers and other leads via phone and email
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure continued loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Offer incentives to customers to generate vehicle trade in and new sales opportunities
  • Take detailed notes in Dealertrack of customer interactions and follow up regularly
  • Set appointments for prospective trade in and new customers
  • Stay up to date with current inventory, sales and advertising campaigns, rebates and incentives offered
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Management to ensure Trade Incentive Program success

Job Requirements:

  • Previous BDC/Internet sales experience helpful
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain enthusiasm with high energy throughout the workday
  • Have exceptional customer service skills
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
